Who Qualifies for Scented Paths Fundraising Program?


Approved organizations must use funds solely to support their group’s mission. Eligible groups include:

EDUCATIONAL – proceeds are being used to support a school or educational institution or a school-related organization (e.g., club/student/parent group; athletics; band/choral; school equipment; student development; scholarships).

FAITH-BASED – proceeds are being used to support the faith-based-organization or its activities (e.g., youth group; missions; benevolent programs; building fund; congregational support).

CHARITABLE – proceeds are being used to support a registered 501(c) charitable organization.

COMMUNITY – proceeds are being used to support community-based activities devoted exclusively to the organization’s charitable, educational, or recreational purposes and not for individual or commercial gain.
how to start the Process:

Application: Organizations begin by submitting an application. A Scented Paths representative will contact you to assist with planning within three business days. To submit an application scroll down and fill out the requested information on the form entitled "Scented Paths LLC. Fundraiser Program Application". After you have reviewed all your information for accuracy, click Submit.

Coordination: Fundraisers will be organized and managed by an "authorized" representative of the Organization or Group in partnership with Scented Paths LLC. staff personnel.

Duration: Active fundraisers are typically limited to a 90-day period, unless stipulations are put in place during the Coordination process and approved by Scented Paths LLC.

The organization is given exclusive Scented Paths items at a discounted rate, to sell at a market rate to their supporters. This allows the organization to provide luxury premium products at a competitive market price.
Fundraising Money Model Explained: It actual cost Scented Paths 30 - 40 % percent of the item cost to produce a product, depending on the item. Keep in mind, our products are all natural and hand-made by us here in USA, Delaware, with all-natural premium raw ingredients. This cost includes raw material supplies, labor and packaging. Your organization will earn 30% of all sales. Behind the scenes, that translates to approximately 30-50% of the "Profit" we make on each item. For example, If it cost approximately $5 to produce a Room spray. It is retailed/sold at $14.00 and that would leave ($9 profit). Your organization would receive 30% of the $14.00 sale price = $4.20. This essentially splits the profit margin 50/50 between your organization and Scented Paths LLC. This creates a partnership scenario in your fundraising venture.
